Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the words "mrcoin", "Platform", "we" or "us" refer to the operator of the mrcoin platform operating under international licensing. "User", "you" or "member" refers to an individual who has registered and is using the services provided on this website.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received — in this example, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus misuse including registering multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, collusion between accounts, or using bonus funds without genuine intent to play, is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus and account suspension.

mrcoin also provides a VIP programme with three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.8% respectively. Participation in the VIP programme and progression between tiers is at mrcoin's discretion based on the user's overall activity.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the mrcoin platform are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical failure or connection issue, the result recorded by the game server will be used as reference.

• Sharing account information or granting access to third parties.

Account Suspension and Closure

mrcoin reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, mrcoin reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account subject to the outcome of an investigation. If the closure is at the user's own request or for self-exclusion purposes, any valid balance will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.
